Altea provides customized vehicle security, tracking and personal safety services, including:
tCall (Theft recovery service): location and tracking of the vehicle in case of theft, activated by a phone call made by the client to one of Altea’s 24/7 Operating Centers or in the case of a theft attempt activated by an automatic notification sent to the Operating Center directly from the vehicle.
bCall (Breakdown service): Roadside Service Request in case of break down, with the dispatching of a towing service or a technical assistance.
eCall (Emergency Call service): automatic SOS request in case of crash, triggered automatically by the system, or triggered manually by the driver/occupant by pushing a button in the event of a medical or other type of emergency requiring immediate assistance. (in accordance with local emergency response standards).
